In March the program was continued with two workshops on contemporary visual art by cooperating artists in which working with marginal resources was central.
Workshop by Chantal Breukers
In Chantal Breukers' workshop, each participant first made his own camera from cardboard or tin, from wide angle to telephoto lens. At the same time, attention was paid to the history of the film medium. From camera obscura to contemporary technology.
One of the classrooms of Ateliers ’89 was also converted into a camera by making it completely light-free.
The workshops of Chantal Breukers and PJ Roggeband were conclude with a joint exhibition; Moving Images / Happy Nature.
