Just like Tanja Ritterbex herself does in her work, the participants in this workshop explored the edges of painting and perhaps also transgressed it.
As a starting point for a painting to be made, the participants first made an object of textile. That could be a tapestry or a rug, but also an installation or a piece of clothing. All kinds of materials were used as material for this. The final result was an exhibition with both tapestry and paintings.
