For four weeks Margherita worked with her participants to make sculptures and objects from recycled plastic. It started with collecting waste plastic on the island, a very simple task because unfortunately there is a great abundance of it.
The waste was then converted into new usable material in collaboration with the Brenchie Lab laboratory, which has developed techniques for this. Next step was using these materials for making artworks.
