The theme of the workshop was the “imitation” of contemporary sculpture based on photographs from a portfolio. Bernd took the selection of the works online from art-ranking sites. The selection of works therefore collected top works from the Western art market. In the intercultural exchange between Europe and Aruba, Trasberger finds it so interesting to investigate the post-colonial function of contemporary art.
The workshop concluded with an exhibition that was festively opened on the Aruban National Day March 18 with a manifestation CULCHA CANI BALISM.
