Multi media workshop “De kracht van de intuïtie” met Raily Yance
Ateliers’89 nodigt je van harte uit voor de multi-media workshop De kracht van de intuïtie, met de Venezolaanse kunstenaar Raily Yance.Ieder kunstwerk begint met een persoonlijke inspiratie.
Onder leiding van Raily Yance gaan wij opzoek naar de bron van die artistieke stem in ons.Dat doen we door aan de slag te gaan met diverse media. Schilder je graag of maak je liever een tekening of een beeld in 3D? Alles kan, want we laten ons in eerste instantie leiden door onze intuïtie. Samen met Raily gaan we vervolgens leren de resultaten van ons werk goed te observeren en te interpreteren. Door op een nieuwe manieren naar ons werk kijken gaan we een volgende stap zetten in onze ontwikkeling. We leren op onze eigen intuïtie te vertrouwen, zonder ons geremd te voelen door het materiaal waar we mee werken. Zo komen we ook steeds dichter bij de individuele bron van onze inspiratie.
Na een maand heeft iedereen een krachtig en vooral heel persoonlijk werk gemaakt voor de afsluitende tentoonstelling.
De workshop staat open voor iedereen die creatief aan de slag wil gaan, met welk materiaal of medium dan ook.
Bio Raily Yance
Raily Yance (Maracaibo, 1989)
Raily studeerde aan de Hogeschool voor de Kunsten in Zulia, Venezuela. Reeds op jonge leeftijd werd hij bekroond met diverse prijzen, waaronder de FEDA Visual Arts Award (2012), Chiara Lubich Award (2013), CPPC Artistic Residency Award in Pivô (2014, São Paulo), Prêmio Eugenio Mendoza #12+1(2015)In 2016 richtte hij het onafhankelijk kunstenaarsinitiatief Consulturia-Rota op, dat tot 2018 bestond.Raily Yance exposeerde veelvuldig in zowel solotentoonstellingen ( “Maczul" ,Zulia, 2018, "Abra" Caracas, 2018 en “Producciones”, Bucaramanga, Colombia, 2019) al ook groepstentoonstellingen.Residenties brachten hem naar Italië, Brazilië, Colombia, Aruba en Curaçao.Zijn werk bevindt zich in talrijke collecties van zowel instellingen als verzamelaars.

Ateliers'89 cordially invites you to the multi-media workshop The Power of Intuition, with the Venezuelan artist Raily Yance.
Every work of art starts with a personal inspiration.Under the guidance of Raily Yance, we will investigate the source of that artistic voice within us.
We do this by working with various media. Do you like to paint or do you prefer to make a drawing or an image in 3D? Everything is possible, because we are primarily guided by our intuition. Together with Raily, we will then learn to properly observe and interpret the results of our work. By looking at our work in new ways, we will take the next step in our development. We learn to trust our own intuition, without feeling inhibited by the material we work with. In this way we also come closer to the individual source of our inspiration.After a month, everyone has created a powerful and, above all, very personal work for the final exhibition.The workshop is open to anyone who wants to get creative, with any material or medium.
Short bio
Yance received his BFA in Visual Arts from the Universidad del Zulia, Venezuela. Yance stood out from a very young age in his career and since 2011 received both special mentions and awards, such as the FEDA Visual Arts Award (2012), Chiara Lubich Award (2013), CPPC Artistic Residency Award in Pivô (2014, São Paulo), Prêmio Eugenio Mendoza #12+1(2015), the regional award at the XII Salon of Young Artists of Zulia (2016). In (2016) he founded his independent art space Consultoría-Rota until 2018. And his Works are in institutional and private collections. Yance participated in several group and solo exhibitions both locally and internationally, as a solo in "Maczul" (Zulia, 2018), "Abra" (Caracas, 2018), and Producciones (Bucaramanga, Colombia, 2019). His completed artistic residencies were in Italy, Brazil, Plataforma Cannibal (Colombia, 2018), Atelier '89 (Aruba, 2018), Uniarte (Curaçao, 2019).
