11 August 2015 - 30 August 2015

In the last weeks of August, Ateliers ’89 welcomed another group of artists from all corners of the Caribbean who came together to exchange information, find inspiration and create an exhibition. As in the earlier version Caribbean Linked II, a broad flanking program of lectures, discussions, film evenings and studio visits that was also open to the public was offered.

This year's participants were Natusha Croes (Aruba), Jodi Minnis (Bahamas), Ronald Cyrille (Guadeloupe), Aiko Maya Roudette (St. Vincent and the Grenadines), Marvi Franco Zapata (Curaçao), Leasho Johnson (Jamaica), Alex Kelly ( Trinidad and Tobago), Manual Mathieu (Haiti), Simone Asia (Barbados), Nathalie McGuire (Barbados), Razia Barsatie (Suriname) and Leo Aguirre (Aruba / USA)

Caribbean Linked is a residency programme and exhibition organised by Ateliers ’89 Foundation in collaboration with ARC Inc. and The Fresh Milk Art Platform Inc. The 2018 edition is funded by BankGiro Loterij Fonds, Mondriaan Fonds, Aruba Bank, UNOCA, SETAR, VNO, the ATA and the TPEF.
