Although the technical and substantive possibilities of the medium are still inexhaustible, making a painting in 2007 is no longer the same as before the time of the industrial revolution. Painting is still the medium of delay and the question of why translate an idea into paint if there are other means that seem more suitable for this, persistently arises.
